"HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?"
Online ordering through our store is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “add to cart” button to place it in your cart. Proceed to "Checkout" or "Checkout with PayPal" to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be automatically taken to the PayPal site to enter your credit card information.
"CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?"
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us by email email@example.com as soon as possible. Our customer support team will advise you the stage of your order.
We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we can only cancel your order if the item(s) you have ordered have not yet entered the dispatch process. We process our website orders once a day and after this, we won't be able to cancel your order. If you still wish to cancel your order, you can request a refund although conditions(according to our refund policy) will apply in this case. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
"WILL MY PURCHASE ARRIVE GIFT-WRAPPED?/ HOW WILL IT BE WRAPPED?"
All our item(s) will arrive to you in a traditional yet stylish gift wrap/box.
"CAN I INCLUDE PERSONALIZED GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY PURCHASE?"
You can include a personalized gift message with your purchase anytime you want, and we are glad to attach a simple card for your gift if you want. Just leave your message (Message that you may want us to write on behalf of you a gift message which will arrive with your gift package, or whether you want a blank card ) when you complete the checkout page.

"WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?"
Korean Essentials provide Paypal and Credit card as our payment method, for its proven reliability and its usability all around the world. You can either checkout with your credit card through Paypal or use your Paypal account.
"THOUGH I WANT TO PAY BY PAYPAL I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. DO I HAVE TO CREATE ONE?"
Without registration with PayPal, you can still make a payment with your credit card through Paypal. There will be no extra fee charged for using Paypal. In case you want to make your paypal account, you can sign up for a PayPal account by going to https://www.paypal.com.
"WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOOUT MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT?"
You may contact PayPal customer service by calling 888-221-1161 or go to https://www.paypal.com for support and additional information.
"WHEN ARE FUNDS TRANSFERRED OUT OF MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR MY ORDER?"
PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout. If the balance is lower than the total payment, PayPal offers credit products or the option to pay from your bank account or a credit card. Customers who do not have a PayPal account at this point will need to use a valid credit card to complete the payment.

"HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY KOREAN ESSENTIALS PURCHASE?"
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Korean Essentials purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition in its original packaging it was received. The customer is responsible for all expenses (shipping and handling, insurance, customs, etc.) when returning the item.

"HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?"
It may take 10-15 business days for your return to be received and inspected and then refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
"I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM DELIVERED AS A GIFT ITEM. HOW DOES THAT WORK?"
Gift items provided through Korean Essentials Events, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
